Finally hes released my trunks

Hes in my own style, edited from the mvc base

Ai yet to be created. Patch coming soon

Overview

This is my trunks and the first character for my new mugen project.
This character is based off the mvc template, however many things have been changed.
I mainly used that template for the fx it has and it includes many essential basics like
super jump.

Y- Hard punch
A- Light kick
B- Hard kick
(have close range attacks)
z - charge
c - ki blasts

x+y - Guard Push(During Guard)
z+C - Hyper Mode(3000 ki)
D,U - Super Jump

QCF X - Sword Slash (Can in Air)
QCB X - Sword Sweep
QCF Y - Finish Buster (Can in air)(Uses 500 ki)
QCB Y - Double Buster (Can in air)(Uses 500 ki)
QCF A - Dash Flurry
QCB A - Dash Kick
QCF B - Sword Combo
QCB B - Launcher

2QCF Y - Burning Attack(Can in air)(Uses 1000 ki)
2QCB Y - Burning Attack Alt.(Air Only)(Uses 1000 ki)
2QCB A - Burning Heat Attack(Uses 2000 ki)
z - Hyper Shining Sword(Must be in hyper mode)

trunks is epic. original system controls the hyper mode also reminds me of the tenkaichi games where u can pumle p2 until the last minute then unleash ur final aatack. the combos are epic and complex and i also love the sword finisher. i like the way the mini attacks benifit in terms of comboing aswell overall a very well made character with an original style gameplay which owns.

best one of your characters it has original and classic written all over it +1 youve done well

Feedback after quick test:

-Intro sound doesnt cut off when intro is over even when i start attacking

-Infinite with LP



-Would be nice to have a throw move

-Although you have a launcher i cannot do good air combos with it because trunks doesnt go high enough
or your character knocks the opponent too high

-Projectiles have inf priority

EDIT: -super moves give power back


Overall cool character, just needs some AI  Tongue

intro sound will be fixed

the lp infitie will be fixed

im nt too keen on adding a throw move just yet it may be done later

ill have a mess around with the values of the launcher

ill fix the infinite priority on projectiles

and supers will be fixed to give power back only on contact

Fixes from 1.2

Super Jump Command Fix

Super jump after dash flurry and sword upper

Guardsounds on projectiles

Air sword slash animation change

Air sword slash velocity change

Air dash added

Envshake added on burning heat

Dust no longer binded to trunks

Air light punch can no longer chain into itself

Ok. Heres my feedback

Nice job on the update sammy..


I can spam his ki blasts and can take about half of his health away just by smashing the c button

Action No. 5040 - Air Recover Animation looks a bit weird..he looks hurt when he does it



See? and the clsn2's in these animations look a bit big over trunks.

Also during his Trunks Hyper Shining Sword

His p2 gethit effect Clsn2' is MASSIVE

the ki blasts however can be easily blocked now even during damage they are alot less spamable than before try blockign whilst getting hit by these

as for the air recover animation the first sprite is usually an air hurt sprite as there arent recovery sprites it goes back through air hurt sprites then to jump

the reason they are slightly big is to fit round his body, also these are the anims mainly used for throws and i wanted them to be efficient thanks for spotting that anyway

and the last one, thats intentioanyll so his move connects better, when it was smaller, choujins ssj gouk and frieza didnt connect with the move so i mad eit bigger to ensure it would connect as its ment to
